1. General Policy

  • Due to the nature of beverages, all sales are final.
  • We do not accept returns or exchanges unless the product is damaged or you receive the wrong item.

2. Damaged or Incorrect Products

  • If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, you must contact us within 24 hours of delivery.
  • A complete unboxing video (from sealed package to product) is required for all claims. Without an unboxing video, return or refund requests will not be accepted.

3. Refund Process

  • Once your claim is verified, we will arrange a replacement or issue a refund.
  • Refunds will be processed to your original payment method. Processing time may vary depending on your payment provider.

4. Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will not be issued in the following cases:

  • No unboxing video provided.
  • Claims submitted more than 24 hours after delivery.
  • Change of mind after purchase.
  • Incorrect shipping address provided by the customer.
  • Failure to collect the package from the courier.
